Hand harvested Lavender and Echinacea are distilled separately to create single distillates. These are then blended with the base gin of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savoury, carefully balancing the delicate aromas and flavours. Butterfly Pea and Rose petals are added to impart their wonderfully natural colour. There are no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives….just nature distilled.
